because of this recipe I got from Tim's mom. ;)
It is easy and yummy and makes your house smell good.
BBQ Beef
3 lb Chuck Roast
1 1/2 C. Ketchup
1/4 C Brown Sugar (tim's mom uses 1 cup! and hers is GOOD!)
1/4 C red wine vinegar
2 T dijon mustard
2 T Worcester Sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Cook in crock pot on High about 6 hours or Low 8-10
Shred it. Leave it uncovered the last hour so it will thicken.
You can serve with buns, cole slaw, potato salad, beans, chips, or fries.
I am cooking mine now!!!
(It makes a lot. I guess you can use less beef or share with your neighbors.)
As you can see, I am 'nervous blogging' while chaos abounds!!! It is therapeutic.

Sounds yummy...I'm going to try that one for sure! My husband will love it - he's always telling me I need to fix "more meat" - LOL!
Thinking of you!

Yummy! I always cook Chuck Roast in crock pot slow and low, but have never added all the seasoning.
