Extreme Makeover- Condo Edition

I am so tired that I cannot believe I am still up blogging. We got back tonight from getting the condo ready. It was seriously like a reality TV show. We completely redecorated it in 2 days and then cleaned it for 2. I picked out everything (like a maniac) in 2 weeks before we went down there. I am actually burnt out from decorating and shopping which I thought was impossible for me. I didn't get any "before" pictures because it was so busy and stressful. This was a scary investment but we are over the initial puke feeling and really excited about it.
Valerie and Brad went with us and my sweet neighbor, Melinda, went to help me with the boys while we were working. It was exhausting for everybody except the boys. It is ready to rent and filling up quickly for the summer. It is 3 bedroom/ 3 bath and can hold up to 10 people. It is such a fun place. I want to move there for the summer but that can't happen. I just listed it on VRBO if you are interested in renting.... It is in Seacrest Beach, Florida. It is kind of expensive to rent because of the popular area and because it is right on the pool. If you want a deal in the off-season or last minute when it is not rented, let me know.

Val with the boys...
Sweet Valerie is helping like the little servant she is. Brad was also amazing. I'm not sure he even saw the ocean because I kept him so busy with jobs.
It was SO nuts that I didn't get many pictures of our progress.
This is Lake trying to maneuver through piles of boxes.

oops, forgot to flip this one!

That is Lake running away with my duster.

Melinda helping hang planes on the boys' bathroom wall.
Tim worked himself to death. He can do anything. He is so talented it is sickening- unless you are his wife. :)

12,000 square foot pool

Guest Bedroom.
(I am still working on this one.)
Master Bath. I love this paint color!!!
Thanks Liza!

Fried Grouper sandwich, anybody?

It is really fun at the table at night. I love this table, by the way.
It came from World Market.
Some of the rugs came from there too. Master
Bunk Room
Full over Full with a twin loft and a trundle.
That is a lot of kids!

Lake dropped his passy and it was floating away. You can barely see it.

My oh My, what a great retreat!! You all did a fabulous job on getting it ready. What a daunting task to decorate it from afar...yet mission accomplished. Now if I could just get my husband to just take some time off work....

The paint color in the master bath is Wedgewood Grey by Benjamin Moore. It is so beautiful even the big gruffy painter commented on it.
The boys room/bathroom is a different color- Slate Blue by Benjamin Moore.
