Yay!!! I am better. I didn't have a "super-bug" just the same thing everybody else has. And I only have one more week of antibiotic shots to make it through the full round!
****************************
God is good and days are short. So let's have fun!
First stop~ Krispy Kreme.
The Bible says that the world we live in is under a curse until Jesus comes back and restores it. That is obvious in just about everything (especially in the news now)...
except a Krispy Kreme doughnut.
How could they possibly be any better???
If Krispy Kremes are part of this fallen world, how much do we have to look forward to in heaven???
Tim and I always go in for 3 or 4 and somehow get talked into 2 dozen because it is only a little more expensive. Then we walk out feeling so proud for getting such a deal on 24 doughnuts. Until it hits us... the joke is on us because now we will EAT 24 doughnuts instead of 3.
The Glazer. MMMM.
The Glazer. MMMM.
I didn't take a picture of the doughnuts floating through the hot grease in the section before. We will just pretend that doesn't really happen for our conscience's sake.
Ignorance IS (delicious) bliss.
2 at a time.
Now, RUN!!- don't walk... to the BOWLING ALLEY!
Our precious friends, April and Allen met us there. Remember her, she is the mom with three kids the same ages as mine and not in the insane asylum. She homeschools and her husband is also off on Fridays. I laughed so much today my cheeks were sore.
The music at the bowling alley was great... mostly 80s rock- blaring loud.
April, please look at Aaron in this next one. I had to make it black and white because of the sadness and seriousness. You really need to click on it to make it bigger to see his face. Bowling was really stressing him out. Look at Audrey clapping. ;)
Bubba was the darkhorse. He kept getting strikes and spares. They did have the bumpers up but he really was surprisingly good! He, however, was more fascinated with the fan on the ball-returner-thing. Look at this one... And the crowd goes wild!!
Um, how cute is this???
We didn't even know they had an Arcade in the Bowling Alley. What a hit!! If you are wondering where Lake is, he stayed with a sitter. He won't even know what he missed and I actually go to sit and talk with April. We did miss him though. Sweet little guy.
They were in a virtual ride. Can you tell?
I had so much fun it was ridiculous.
"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly."
