Where would I be without these children?
God has used them to teach me how to live. I cannot wait to spend another year with them watching God grow them and teach them.
I don't homeschool because I am super-spiritual or super-patient.
I homeschool because I believe that is what God has asked me to do and that He will do it through me.
I know I can't do this apart from Him.
I love every day I get with them. They bring me so much joy.
I will teach them everything I know about God and His Word as long as I can.
I can't believe God has brought us this far. I try to take pictures every year.
Here are some oldies from our 7 year journey...
"For I will pour water on the thirsty land,
and streams on the dry ground;
I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring,
and my blessing on your descendants.
They will spring up like grass in a meadow,
like poplar trees by flowing streams."
Is 44:33
'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty."
Zec 4:6
"Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants."
Ps 116:15
As most of you know, my father went HOME to be with the Lord a week ago.
I praise God for all He did in my dad's life.
I am entering into a new season with Jesus as He holds my hand and shelters me from grief.
I hope to write about my dad's legacy soon.
Thank you for praying.
Be Blessed~
Stephanie

I discovered your blog by "accident," and I love it. It is deep and profound. I am so sorry about your Dad. I also lost mt Dad to cancer, at the age of 68. May Jesus wrap you in His arms of love and comfort your heart.
Love from a sister,
Karen
