On a lighter note...
Tim and I are closing on a condo at the beach in about a week. It is in such a great location. I cannot believe we were able to do this! It is a total dream. We got a deal we couldn't refuse.

We will be renting it out part of the year. We would love for you to come stay at our condo! We are just going to rent it out by word of mouth, I think. It is 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths and will hold up to 10 people. I have been OCD picking out paint colors and bedding. I should have pictures of it in a couple of weeks.
It is in Seacrest Beach (in between Panama City and Destin- right beside Rosemary Beach).
It is a first floor condo on a 12,000 square foot pool.
It is the best if you are vacationing with young kids to be able to go in and out so easily.
You will fall in love with this beach.
Just like we did.
I will post rental prices with the pictures after we go and get it ready.

I'm so excited for you guys. Can't wait to see the pics after you put your designer touches on it. Count me in for a week. I'd love to take Rachel and Luke.
How exciting!! We went on our Honeymoon there and were just saying we need to go back soon. Can't wait to see the finished condo - it's really the best place in the world!
